Washer-dryer vibrates excessively or "walks" across the floor during spin.

Safety first: Unplug the appliance before adjusting feet or moving the unit.

• Step 1 – Remove transit bolts: Check the rear of the machine for any remaining shipping bolts. Remove all transit bolts and fit the supplied plastic caps.
• Step 2 – Level the appliance: Adjust the front and rear feet so the washer-dryer is stable and level. Lock the feet with the locknuts.
• Step 3 – Check floor: Ensure the floor is solid and not flexing. Avoid placing the machine on thick carpets or weak platforms.
• Step 4 – Inspect suspension: If vibration persists, inspect shock absorbers and springs. Replace worn components.
