How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the unit before removing panels or reaching into the cabinet.

  • 1. Try to turn drum by hand: If the drum turns very easily with little resistance, the belt may be broken. If it is very stiff, a roller or bearing may be seized.
  • 2. Remove rear panel: Inspect the belt around the drum and motor pulley. Replace if broken or heavily worn.
