Possible Causes
Blocked water inlet jets above drawer, Caked detergent or softener in drawer, Low water pressure, Drawer not fully inserted
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance before removing the top cover if needed.
- Remove and clean drawer: Pull out the detergent drawer, press the release catch, and remove it completely. Rinse under warm water and scrub away residue.
- Clean housing and jets: Use a small brush to clean the drawer housing and the water inlet nozzles above the drawer.
- Check water pressure: Ensure adequate water pressure at the tap; low pressure can prevent proper flushing.
- Reinstall correctly: Slide the drawer back in fully until it stops. Avoid overfilling compartments.
