Unbalanced load error, drum attempts to spin but stops, spin speed not reached

Safety first: Do not bypass safety systems. Unplug the appliance before mechanical inspection.

• Redistribute load: Open the door, loosen tangled items, and redistribute heavy items (e.g., towels, duvets). Remove some items if the drum is overfilled.
• Run spin only: Select a spin-only program with a smaller load to see if the machine reaches full speed.
• Check suspension: If the machine shakes excessively, inspect the shock absorbers and suspension springs for leaks, breakage, or detachment.
• Motor feedback: If unbalance errors occur even with small, well-distributed loads, the tachogenerator or control board may be misreading drum speed and should be tested by a technician.
