How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the appliance and close the water tap. Tilt the machine only with assistance to avoid injury.

  • Visual inspection: Remove the rear or side panel and run a short fill/drain cycle while observing (only if you can do so safely with covers removed).
  • Check sump hose: Inspect the large black hose from the bottom of the tub to the pump for cracks or loose clamps. Tighten or replace as needed.
  • Inspect pump: Look for water seeping from the pump body or shaft. Replace the pump if leaking.
