How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug and allow the unit to cool before working on the dryer system.

  • Clean condenser and filters: Remove and clean the condenser (if user-removable) and any lint filters. Rinse under running water and dry thoroughly.
  • Check airflow: Ensure vents and ducts are not blocked by lint or obstructions. Vacuum as needed.
  • Test dryer heater and NTC: Access and test the dryer heater and NTC as described under E08 and E11. Replace faulty parts.
  • Verify fan operation: Listen for the fan during drying. If silent, test and replace the dryer fan motor.
