Possible Causes
No water supply to machine, Blocked inlet valve filters, Faulty flow meter (if fitted), Incorrectly installed or kinked inlet hose
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off water and unplug before disconnecting hoses.
- Confirm water at tap: Open the supply tap feeding the New World washer-dryer and verify strong flow by disconnecting the hose and running it into a bucket.
- Clean inlet filters: Remove hoses from the rear of the machine and clean the mesh filters in the valve inlets as described for E02.
- Check for flow meter (if present): Some New World models use a flow meter in line with the inlet valve. Inspect its wiring and ensure the small turbine inside is not jammed with debris. Replace the flow meter if defective.
- Inspect hose routing: Ensure hoses are not kinked behind the appliance and that any anti-flood devices are not tripped.
- Test fill: Reconnect everything, restore power and water, and run a rinse cycle. If E10 persists despite good supply and clean filters, the inlet valve or control PCB sensing circuit may be faulty and should be tested and replaced as needed.
