How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect from mains and prepare towels for water spillage.
- Repeat full drain system check: Follow the same steps as for E03 and E18: clean the pump filter, inspect the sump hose, and check the external drain hose.
- Electrical test of pump: Measure pump coil resistance and check for supply voltage during a drain cycle. Replace the pump if it does not run when correctly powered.
- Check for intermittent faults: Wiggle the pump wiring harness gently while the machine attempts to drain (with due caution and insulation). If operation is intermittent, repair the harness or connectors.
