Possible Causes
Failed wash heater causing cold washes, Slow draining due to partial blockage, Excessive load size, Sensor misreading (NTC or pressure switch)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug before internal checks.
- Observe heating: During a 60°C wash, check if the door glass becomes warm after 20–30 minutes. If not, test the wash heater and NTC as described under E05.
- Check drain performance: Ensure the drum empties quickly during drain phases; clean pump filter and hoses if slow.
- Reduce load size: Overloading can cause the machine to extend rinse and spin phases. Follow the maximum load guidelines for wash and dry.
- Inspect sensors: If heating and draining are normal, test the NTC and pressure switch for correct operation and replace if faulty.
