How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance and turn off water supply. Be prepared for water spillage when opening panels.
- Identify leak source: Remove the rear or lower front panel and run a short fill/drain cycle while observing (keep clear of moving parts). Look for drips from hoses, pump, or tub.
- Check sump hose: Inspect the large black hose between the drum and pump for splits or pinholes. Replace if damaged and secure with new clamps.
- Inspect pump: Examine the pump body and filter housing for cracks or leaks around seals. Replace the pump assembly if leaking.
- Inlet connections: Tighten hose connections at the rear inlet valves and check for perished rubber washers. Replace washers or hoses as needed.
