How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before removing the control panel.
- Dry the panel: Wipe the Roborock touch panel with a dry, lint-free cloth. Ensure no water or detergent has dripped onto the controls.
- Power cycle: Leave unplugged for 5–10 minutes, then reconnect and test.
- Check ribbon cable: Remove the top cover and gently remove the control console. Inspect the flat ribbon cable between the UI board and main PCB. Reseat both ends.
- Inspect for damage: Look for corrosion or burnt components on the UI board. If present, replace the Roborock touch control panel assembly.
