How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before accessing the motor area.
- Check for heavy loads: Remove some items and retry. Excessive load can cause speed control issues.
- Access motor: Remove the rear panel and locate the Roborock BLDC motor. Inspect the wiring harness and hall sensor connector.
- Inspect sensor and magnet: Look for physical damage to the hall sensor module or the magnet ring on the motor shaft.
- Test continuity: Use a multimeter to check continuity of the hall sensor wiring. Replace the Roborock motor hall sensor or entire motor assembly if defective.
