How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit and allow it to cool before accessing the condenser area.
- Access condenser: Remove the lower front panel or rear panel to reach the Roborock condenser and its temperature sensor.
- Check sensor placement: Ensure the NTC sensor is firmly clipped into the condenser or duct and has not fallen out.
- Inspect wiring: Verify the sensor harness is intact and securely connected to the main board.
- Measure resistance: Test the NTC with a multimeter at room temperature. Replace the Roborock condenser NTC sensor if readings are out of specification.
