Possible Causes
Blocked air trap or pressure hose to Roborock pressure sensor, Disconnected or cracked pressure hose, Failed Roborock digital pressure sensor, Faulty main control board input
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance and turn off water supply before removing panels.
- Observe water level: Note whether the drum is overfilled, underfilled, or empty when E7 appears. This helps identify if the sensor is reading too high or too low.
- Access pressure sensor: Remove the top cover. Locate the Roborock pressure sensor (small round or rectangular device) connected to a thin rubber hose from the tub.
- Inspect hose: Check the hose for kinks, cracks, or disconnection. Refit securely if loose.
- Clean air trap: At the tub end, the hose connects to an air chamber. Detach and clean any detergent residue or lint that may block air flow.
- Test again: Reassemble and run a rinse cycle. If E7 persists, the Roborock pressure sensor may be defective and should be replaced.
