Possible Causes
Leaking Roborock inlet hose or connection, Damaged door gasket, Cracked tub or sump hose, Activated base tray float switch
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance and close the water supply taps immediately to prevent further leakage.
- Inspect around the unit: Look for visible water at the front, sides, and rear. Dry up any standing water.
- Tilt and drain base: Carefully tilt the Roborock combo slightly backward (with assistance) to allow water in the base tray to drain out onto towels. This may temporarily clear E9.
- Check hoses and gasket: Inspect inlet hoses, drain hose, and the door gasket for drips or cracks while running a short fill cycle (with panels removed and extreme caution).
- Examine internal hoses: Remove the front lower panel and check the tub-to-pump hose, sump hose, and clamps for leaks.
- Repair source of leak: Replace any damaged Roborock hoses, clamps, or door gasket. If the outer tub is cracked, professional replacement is recommended.
