Possible Causes
Clogged Roborock condenser or lint filter, Blocked air ducts, Partially failed dryer heater, Faulty moisture sensor ending cycle early
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit and allow it to cool before cleaning internal ducts.
- Clean lint paths: Remove and clean any accessible lint filters. Open the lower front or rear panel to clean the condenser and ducts.
- Check load size: Do not overload; washer-dryer combos have smaller drying capacity than washing capacity.
- Run timed dry: Try a timed dry cycle. If clothes remain cool, suspect heater issues. If they are warm but still damp, airflow or sensor issues are likely.
- Clean moisture sensor bars: Wipe the Roborock moisture sensor bars inside the drum to remove residue.
