Washer-dryer combo does not start; display is on but cycle will not begin when Start is pressed

Safety first: No internal work is needed initially; do not remove covers while powered.

• Check door and lock icon: Close the door firmly until you hear a click. Confirm the door lock icon appears on the display.
• Disable child lock: Look for a key or lock symbol. Press and hold the indicated buttons (refer to user manual) to turn off child lock.
• Cancel delay start: If a clock or timer icon is shown, cancel the delayed start by pressing the relevant button or powering off and on.
• Panel test: Try other buttons. If only the Start button is unresponsive, the Roborock touch panel may be faulty and require replacement.
