Possible Causes
Loose clamp on Roborock drain hose, Cracked tub-to-pump hose, Damaged external drain hose, Blocked standpipe causing backflow
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit and close water taps. Expect water spillage when disconnecting hoses.
- Inspect external drain hose: Check the hose from the back of the Roborock combo to the household drain for splits, holes, or loose connections.
- Check standpipe: Ensure the household drain is not clogged and that the hose is not inserted too far, which can cause siphoning and leaks.
- Internal hose inspection: Remove the rear or lower front panel and inspect the tub-to-pump hose and pump outlet hose for cracks or loose clamps. Tighten or replace as needed.
- Test after repair: Run a rinse and spin while observing for leaks.
