Safety first: Unplug the appliance and turn off water supply before inspection.
- Inspect door gasket: Open the door and carefully examine the entire circumference of the Roborock door seal. Look for tears, holes, or deformation.
- Remove debris: Check the inner folds of the gasket for coins, bra wires, or other sharp objects and remove them.
- Check clamp bands: Gently tug on the gasket where it meets the front panel and tub. If loose, refit or tighten the retaining bands.
- Use correct detergent: Ensure you are using HE (high-efficiency) detergent and not exceeding the recommended dose to prevent over-sudsing.
- Replace if damaged: If the gasket is torn or permanently deformed, replace the Roborock door gasket (bellows).
