How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Do not allow the machine to continue violently shaking; it can damage hoses and wiring.
- Pause and redistribute: Pause the cycle, open the door, and redistribute the load. Remove heavy items if necessary.
- Level the appliance: Adjust the Roborock combo's feet so it is stable and does not rock when pushed diagonally.
- Check suspension: With power off, press down on the drum from inside and release. Excessive bouncing indicates worn shocks or springs.
