Washer-dryer combo takes excessively long to wash; cycle time keeps increasing

Safety first: Most checks are external; unplug only if removing panels.

• Check water temperature: Ensure the hot water supply to the Roborock combo is actually hot if the machine uses mixed supply.
• Use correct detergent: Use HE detergent and correct dosage to avoid oversudsing.
• Observe heating: During a hot wash, feel the door after 15–20 minutes. If still cold, refer to heater troubleshooting (heater/NTC).
• Balance loads: Avoid single heavy items that cause repeated spin balancing attempts.
