Washer-dryer combo vibrates excessively and "walks" across the floor during spin

Safety first: Stop the machine if it moves significantly to avoid hose damage.

• Check shipping bolts: Ensure all rear shipping bolts and transit brackets were removed during installation. Refer to the installation guide.
• Level the unit: Adjust the feet so the Roborock combo is stable and does not rock.
• Stabilize floor: Place the unit on a more rigid surface or use anti-vibration pads if the floor is weak.
• Inspect suspension: If vibration persists, inspect and replace worn Roborock shock absorbers or springs.
