Possible Causes

Leaking door gasket, Loose or cracked tub-to-pump hose, Leaking drain pump, Split inlet hose or clamp failure

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the appliance and turn off the water supply immediately to prevent further leakage.

  • Check for visible leaks: Look around the door, underneath the machine, and at the rear hoses for signs of water.
  • Drain base tray: Carefully tilt the machine forward (with assistance) to allow water to drain from the base tray. Place towels to catch water.
  • Inspect internal hoses: Remove the rear or front lower panel to inspect the tub-to-pump hose, pump body, and clamps. Tighten or replace any loose or corroded clamps and replace cracked hoses.
  • Examine door seal: Check the door gasket for tears, holes, or deformation. Replace the gasket if damaged.
  • Check inlet connections: Ensure the water inlet hose and its connections are tight and not dripping.
  • Test operation: Once all leaks are repaired and the base is dry, reconnect power and run a short cycle to confirm E13 is cleared.
