Possible Causes
Insufficient water heating due to weak heater, Faulty temperature sensor, Load imbalance causing repeated spin attempts, Excessive foam detected
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance before internal checks.
- Observe behaviour: Note whether the drum is heating (door glass warm) and whether the machine is repeatedly trying to spin.
- Reduce load and foam: Use less detergent and avoid overloading. Excess foam and heavy loads can cause the control to extend the cycle.
- Check heater and NTC: If water never heats, test the wash heater and NTC sensor as described for E05/E06.
- Reset machine: Power off for several minutes, then restart a basic program to see if timing returns to normal.
