Display shows Er11 and washer will not lock into high-speed spin

• 3. Inspect suspension: Access the tub area from the top or front. Check suspension rods, springs, and dampers for wear, oil leakage, or disconnection. Replace worn components.
• 4. Out-of-balance switch/sensor: Locate the OOB switch or sensor (often near the tub or frame). Verify it is securely mounted and wiring is intact.
• 5. Tighten hardware: Check tub mounting bolts and counterweights for looseness. Tighten to spec.
• 6. Test spin: After corrections, run an empty spin cycle to confirm the machine reaches full speed without excessive vibration or errors.
