Washer emits moldy or musty odor

Safety first: Unplug the unit before deep cleaning internal areas.

• 1. Clean door gasket: Wipe the gasket folds with a cloth and a mixture of water and mild bleach or washer cleaner. Remove trapped debris.
• 2. Run tub clean cycle: Use the machine's tub clean/sanitize cycle with a washer cleaner tablet or bleach.
• 3. Leave door open: After use, leave the door slightly open to allow drying and prevent odor buildup.
• 4. Clean dispenser: Remove and clean the detergent drawer and housing.
• 5. Check drain: Ensure the drain pump and hoses are clear so water fully evacuates.
