Possible Causes
Stuck water inlet valve, Blocked or disconnected pressure hose, Faulty water level sensor, Control board not shutting off fill
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: If overfilling, unplug the unit immediately and shut off water supply valves.
- 1. Check inlet valves: With power off, turn water supply back on briefly. If water continues to flow into the tub, the inlet valve is stuck open and must be replaced.
- 2. Inspect pressure hose: Ensure the hose from tub to pressure sensor is connected and not blocked.
- 3. Sensor test: Test the water level sensor as described for Er8. Replace if faulty.
- 4. Control board: If valves and sensor are good but overfill persists, the control board may be defective and require replacement.
