• Check outlet and breaker: Plug a lamp or small appliance into the same outlet to confirm power. Reset any tripped breakers or replace blown fuses in the home panel.
• Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, burns, or crushed sections. If damaged, replace the power cord assembly.
• Test power switch (if external): Ensure any external power or on/off switch is in the ON position and not physically broken.
• Inspect line filter (advanced): Remove the top or rear panel to locate the noise filter / line filter board where the power cord enters. Check for burnt components or loose connections. Replace the line filter board if visibly damaged.

If the unit still shows no signs of life, the main control board's power supply may have failed and should be replaced by a technician.
