How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: If the machine is moving across the floor, press power to stop and unplug immediately.

  • Redistribute load: Remove some items if the drum is overfilled. Mix heavy and light garments to balance weight.
  • Level the appliance: Adjust the front and rear feet so the washer-dryer is stable and does not rock. Use a spirit level.
  • Inspect suspension (advanced): Remove side or front panels to check shock absorbers and springs. Replace any leaking or broken dampers and secure any loose counterweights.

Warning: Operating with failed suspension can damage the tub, bearings, and cabinet. If you are not comfortable replacing suspension parts, call a technician.
