How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance and close water taps. Tilt the machine only with assistance to avoid injury.
- Visual inspection: Pull the machine forward and look underneath with a torch while running a short fill/drain cycle (if safe). Identify the leak source.
- Check hoses and clamps: Tighten any loose hose clamps on the tub, pump, and drain hose connections. Replace cracked hoses with Teka-compatible parts.
