• 4. Inspect shock absorbers (advanced): Remove the rear or bottom panel and visually inspect the Xiaomi suspension/shock absorbers for oil leakage, cracks, or detachment. Worn shocks should be replaced in pairs.
• 5. Test spin: Run a spin-only cycle with a moderate, balanced load. If E4 continues and the machine "walks" across the floor, professional evaluation of suspension and tub support is advised.
