• 3. Power reset: Unplug the unit for 5 minutes, then reconnect and try starting a cycle again. Sometimes the control board needs a reset.
• 4. Inspect door lock (advanced): Remove the front door seal clamp and gently pull back the gasket to access the Xiaomi door lock assembly. Check for broken plastic, burnt smell, or loose connectors.
