Washer-dryer door will not open at the end of the cycle, but no error code is displayed.

Safety: Switch off and unplug the appliance. Wait several minutes to allow the lock to cool.

• Check for water: If water remains in the drum, drain via the pump filter or emergency drain hose. The door will not unlock if water is detected.
• Use emergency release: Many Zanussi models have a manual release near the pump filter. Pull it gently to open the door.
• Inspect lock: Once open, test the door lock for mechanical sticking and replace if necessary.
