Washer shows F33 and may not fill or may stop with little water in drum

Safety first: Unplug the washer and turn off both water supply valves.

• 1. Check water supply: Disconnect the hoses from the back of the washer and run them into a bucket to verify strong water flow from both hot and cold faucets.
• 2. Clean inlet screens: Inspect the small screens inside the washer's inlet ports. Remove and clean any sediment or debris.
• 3. Test valve coils: With the washer unplugged, disconnect the valve wiring and measure resistance across each coil. Replace the valve assembly if any coil is open.
• 4. Inspect wiring: Check the harness from the valves to the control for damage and reseat connectors.

When to call a technician: If valves and supply are good but F33 persists, the control board may not be energizing the valves correctly.
