Washer vibrates excessively and "walks" across the floor

Safety first: Unplug the washer before adjusting feet. Do not allow the washer to operate unattended if it is moving.

• 1. Remove shipping bolts: For new front-load units, ensure all rear shipping bolts and spacers have been removed according to the installation manual.
• 2. Level the washer: Adjust all four leveling feet until the washer is stable and does not rock. Tighten lock nuts.
• 3. Reinforce floor: Place a 3/4" plywood panel under the washer if the floor is weak or flexing.
• 4. Inspect suspension: Replace worn shocks or springs if vibration persists.
