How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the washer is unplugged before inspecting internal components.
- 1. Confirm door closure: Firmly close the door until you hear a click. Check for clothing trapped between the door seal and door glass.
- 2. Listen for door lock: When starting a program, you should hear the door lock engage. If not, inspect the door lock assembly and wiring as described for E01.
- 3. Verify water supply: Make sure taps are open and hoses are not kinked. Clean inlet filters as described for E02.
- 4. Check pressure switch: If the machine incorrectly senses that it is already full, it may prevent start. Inspect the pressure hose and switch as described for E04.
- 5. Clear error and retest: After addressing door and water issues, unplug for a few minutes, reconnect, and try a short cycle. Persistent E10 may indicate a control board fault requiring service.
