Possible Causes
Blocked pressure hose, Faulty pressure switch, Air leak in pressure system, Wiring fault between switch and PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer before removing the top cover.
- 1. Locate pressure switch: Remove the top panel and find the round pressure switch with a small hose attached.
- 2. Inspect hose: Remove the hose from the switch and tub/air chamber. Blow through it to ensure it is clear. Replace if brittle, cracked, or loose on fittings.
- 3. Clean air chamber: At the tub connection, check for detergent sludge blocking the air chamber. Clean thoroughly to restore proper air pressure transfer.
- 4. Test switch: Gently blow into the switch port and listen for clicks. Use a multimeter to verify contact change when pressure is applied. Replace the switch if it fails these tests.
- 5. Check wiring: Inspect the harness from the switch to the main PCB for damage. If all components are good but E11 persists, the PCB input circuit may be faulty.
