Washer does not dispense detergent or softener from drawer properly

Safety first: Unplug the washer before removing the dispenser if accessing internal parts.

• Step 1 – Clean drawer: Remove the detergent drawer completely. Disassemble any removable siphon caps and rinse thoroughly under hot water.
• Step 2 – Clean housing: Use a small brush to clean the dispenser housing where the drawer slides in.
• Step 3 – Check water jets: Run a short fill cycle with the drawer removed and observe water flow from the dispenser nozzles. Weak flow may indicate clogged nozzles or a faulty inlet valve channel.
• Step 4 – Use proper detergent: Use HE detergent and avoid overfilling compartments.
