Possible Causes
Hot water tap closed, Hot inlet hose kinked, Failed hot water inlet valve coil, Incorrect hose connection on Asko inlet block
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer and close water taps before disconnecting hoses.
- Step 1 – Verify hot tap: Ensure the hot water faucet feeding the washer is fully open and hot water is available at nearby taps.
- Step 2 – Check hose: Inspect the hot inlet hose for kinks or blockages. Replace if damaged.
- Step 3 – Confirm connections: Make sure the hot hose is connected to the hot inlet on the Asko valve assembly.
- Step 4 – Test hot valve coil: With power off, measure resistance of the hot valve coil. Replace the inlet valve assembly if the coil is open.
