How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the washer before internal checks.

Step 1 – Observe behavior: Note whether the machine spends extra time filling, heating, or draining.
Step 2 – Check inlet flow: Clean inlet filters and ensure good water pressure.
Step 3 – Verify heating: During a hot cycle, check if the door glass warms up. If not, test the heater and NTC as described for E05/E10.
Step 4 – Clean drain system: Clean the drain pump filter and hose to ensure quick drainage.
