Washer does not drain water at end of cycle, no error code shown

Safety first: Unplug the washer and prepare towels.

• Clean pump filter: Open the lower front access, unscrew the filter, and remove debris.
• Check tub-to-pump hose: Remove the clamp and hose between tub and pump. Look for socks or small garments and clean thoroughly.
• Flush drain hose: Disconnect from the standpipe and run water through it to clear any blockage.

If drainage remains poor: Replace the drain pump assembly.
