Possible Causes
Open or shorted NTC sensor, Loose NTC connector, Damaged wiring to NTC, PCB sensor input fault
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer and allow it to cool.
Step-by-step checks:
- Locate NTC: Usually mounted in the heater housing at the bottom of the tub.
- Test NTC: Disconnect and measure resistance at room temperature. Compare with Beko specifications. If reading is near 0 Ω (short) or infinite (open), replace the NTC.
- Check wiring: Inspect the harness from NTC to PCB for damage.
If NTC and wiring are good, the PCB may be misreading the sensor.
