How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the washer before cleaning internal parts.

Step-by-step cleaning:

  • Run a maintenance wash: Run an empty 90°C cotton cycle with a washing machine cleaner or 1–2 cups of white vinegar (check Beko manual for compatibility).
  • Clean door seal: Wipe the gasket folds with a cloth soaked in mild bleach solution. Remove any visible mold or residue.
  • Clean detergent drawer: Remove the drawer and scrub away buildup. Clean the housing and dispenser nozzles.
