Possible Causes
Worn or leaking shock absorbers, Broken or detached drum suspension springs, Overloaded or unbalanced loads, Loose concrete counterweights
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer.
Step-by-step checks:
- Check load: Ensure the drum is not overloaded and that heavy items (towels, blankets) are evenly distributed.
- Inspect shocks: Remove rear and/or front panels. Locate the shock absorbers at the base of the tub. If they are oily, loose, or offer little resistance when moved by hand, replace them in pairs with Beko-compatible shocks.
- Inspect springs and weights: Check top suspension springs for stretching or breakage. Ensure concrete counterweights are firmly bolted to the tub.
