Washer takes much longer than the displayed time to complete a cycle

Safety first: Unplug the washer before internal checks. Some time variation is normal due to load sensing.

Step-by-step checks:

• Check heating: During a hot wash, feel the door glass after 20–30 minutes. If it remains cold, test the heater and NTC sensor.
• Verify water pressure: Ensure strong water flow at the inlet and clean the inlet filters.
• Load and balance: Avoid overloading and ensure mixed loads to reduce unbalance corrections.
• Detergent use: Use the correct amount of HE detergent to prevent oversudsing, which can trigger extra rinse cycles.
