How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer.
- Inspect pressure hose: Remove the top cover and locate the pressure switch and its thin hose. Check for splits, kinks, or blockages. Blow through the hose to ensure it is clear.
- Check switch connector: Ensure the electrical connector on the pressure switch is firmly seated.
- Test switch: Using a multimeter, check continuity across the switch terminals while gently blowing into the pressure port. The contacts should change state. If not, replace the switch.
- Replace pressure switch: Fit a Bosch-compatible water level switch, reconnect hose and wiring, and test a wash cycle.
