Washer fills too slowly or not at all; E17 displayed

Safety first: Turn off power and water supply.

• Open taps fully: Ensure both hot and cold taps feeding the washer are fully open.
• Straighten hoses: Pull the washer forward and remove any kinks in the inlet hoses.
• Clean filters: Remove hoses from the back of the washer and clean the small mesh filters in the valve inlets.
• Test valve: If water supply is good but the machine still does not fill, test the inlet valve coils with a multimeter and replace the valve if defective.
