Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer and prepare for water spillage.
Verify drain system:
- Clean the drain filter and pump housing as described for D02.
- Check the drain hose height: it should typically be 60–90 cm above floor level to prevent siphoning.
Check pressure switch reset:
- After draining, unplug the washer for a few minutes.
- Reconnect and start a spin-only cycle. If D11 appears even when empty, the pressure switch may be stuck in a “full” state.
- Test or replace the pressure switch as needed.
If hose installation and pressure switch are correct but D11 persists, the main PCB may be misinterpreting level signals and should be evaluated by a professional.
