Worn motor brushes, Faulty tachometer, Loose motor connector, Defective motor triac or inverter module
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Follow the same motor inspection steps as for D03: check belt, brushes, tachometer, and wiring. Replace worn brushes or the motor assembly if necessary. If all motor components are good, the PCB motor drive circuit is likely faulty.
