How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the washer.

Check drain hose installation:

  • Ensure the hose is not inserted too far into the standpipe and is at the correct height (usually 60–90 cm).

Verify pressure system and inlet valve:

  • Inspect and test the pressure switch and hose as for D10.
  • Test the inlet valve for proper operation and replace if leaking or stuck.

If E10 continues after correcting installation and components, the PCB may need replacement.
